These terms apply to the use of sehhah.com and to orders placed through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Because our products are handmade from natural ingredients, colours, shapes and presentation may vary slightly from the photos. Ingredients are listed on each product page; many products contain nuts, sesame, dairy or gluten. If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Applicable VAT is shown at checkout. Payment is made securely through the payment methods available at checkout. Delivery fees are paid separately to the courier, as described in our Delivery Policy.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in the price or product information; in that case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Made-to-order items

Items marked “Made to order” are not sold through the website checkout. Please contact us to order them.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Delivery Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Sehhah | سحة and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
